Step 2.
Check if the case has scheduled procedure text. If available, return the scheduled procedure text and have it prepended by “(Scheduled)” (e.g. “(Scheduled)ECT”), and stop. If not available, proceeed to step 3.
Step 3.
If the case has neither an actual procedure text nor a schedule procedure text, then return "Missing", and stop.
